WHAT: Football Scrimmage with Senior Recognition

WHO: ALL students who performed in the Fall 2020 Marching Band

Dress:

Red Adidas shirt/black shorts or pants & tennis shoes

SENIORS: Wear a college shirt or something that reflects your post-HS plans

We’ll play the Alma Mater and National Anthem beforehand, then perform through the first half. After Seniors are recognized at Halftime, the Band will leave.

You are more than welcome to stay until the very end as a spectator in order to eat dinner provided by the Wildcat Club!

Thursday

Wind Ensemble Recording for Graduation

WHEN: 8:30am-9:45am

Dress code: ALL black! Boys – if you’re wearing your tuxedo, make sure you have a bow tie! Black shirts are OK also.

Friday

Pep Band Recording

WHEN: During Advisory (1:55-3:30pm)

WHERE: Front steps of LHHS

WHO: Wind Ensemble and Drums

Dress: Red Adidas shirt/black shorts or pants & tennis shoes

Be ready to play Fight Song and Championship!

Kickoff Camp – ALL Woodwinds/Brass:

Thursday, 5/20: 5:00-7:30pm

Friday, 5/21: 5:00-7:30pm

Saturday, 5/22: 8am-11:30am & 1:00-4:30pm

TIME CHANGE: 5pm Parent Performance – Large Gym

Wear athletic clothes/shoes and don’t forget your WATER!!

Thank you to everyone who helped support Friday night’s Band Banquet!! It was so great to have you all together in-person to celebrate the Wildcat Band and all of our students!

Check out our NEW Marching Band Tower!

Due to the creation of the HUB, our Practice Field had to move closer to Church Rd. This made it impossible to keep our old tower at its original location, so RISD was able to replace it!

We were fortunate enough to custom-design this just for the Wildcat Band!

Not only is it much taller, there are also 3 viewing levels, a roof, director stands and a beautiful new LH logo! This is one of the nicest Marching Band towers in all of DFW and we can’t wait to start using it! The location of the old tower was also paved over and will be used for secure outdoor Marching Band storage!

BEFORE May 24: ALL STUDENTS must bring back formal uniforms!! Please make sure your name is on it and hang it on a labeled rack in the Uniform Room.
