Congratulations to our LH Drumline on their 3rd Place performance at the Plano Drumline Contest! They also earned “Best Snares” and “Best Front Ensemble” on Saturday. Our Jazz Band students also made a great showing at Jazz Region last week. The following students earned spots in the 2018 Region III All-Region Jazz Bands: Trent Fantini (also qualified for Area and will audition for State!), Leanne Yancey, Lexi Cooper, Sharice Locke, Drew Harris, and Dexter Sullivan. Make sure to congratulate our Drumline and Jazz students and directors when you see them!

This week will be BUSY, and we want to make sure everyone has all the info they need for it to be fun and successful:

  • Tim Johnson and Jim Newman would love more help with Pit Pops duties (no need to be a “Pop”, they’ll take any and all help offered!). Our marching show has become an even bigger production than past years, and we will be using ALL of our props and equipment this weekend, so extra help would be greatly appreciated! Please contact them to be added to their email distribution:
